As temporary typist/editor employed to edit ISO 9002 documents, re-wrote or developed 75% of company's procedures and flow charts, including technical electronic sterilization processes, that were needed for certification. Upon certification, managers awarded me a framed certificate of appreciation.

Expanded software development project management project scope from software development group to marketing, sales, internal hardware support, installation and training resulting in 25% improvement in product placement and support.
